We can answer your questions in person, by telephone or via email.
The Reference Department staff is available during regular library hours.

Basic reference questions can be answered over the telephone. You can call the library at 508-646-2829 or click here for contact information. 

Or email the reference staff at somersetpl@sailsinc.org   Email your question with as much detail as possible.  Include your name and phone number.  We will answer your request as quickly as possible (usually within 2 business days).  If this is a time sensitive request we recommend you telephone the Reference staff or come to the library.

You can send an Instant Message to the Reference Staff via AOL's Instant Messenger Service.  Our AOL IM user name is somersetlibrary. The IM Service will not be connected at all times; however, if we are online, feel free to send us a question.   If this is a time sensitive request we recommend you telephone the Reference staff or come to the library.
