Tax Information & Resources As a service to the community, the Somerset Public Library provides copies of current Federal, Massachusetts and some Rhode Island tax forms and informative books. Basic forms are available at the library. Tax forms and instructions may also be downloaded from the Internet. Use of the Internet is free at the library and printing is 15 cents per page.
